Global Head of Claims

Our London based client has a new opening for a Global Head of Claims. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a global claims strategy, as well as developing strategic partnerships with MGAs and captives. Other duties will involve building and leading high performing claims oversight teams in multiple countries, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and data driven decision making.

They are looking for a senior claims figure, ideally with International Property/Casualty/Specialty claims exposure, who has experience of working with MGAs/TPAs on a global scale. There will be some international travel required.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision, deep industry expertise, and a proven track record of driving innovation and performance in claims management on a global scale. A strong focus on leveraging data analytics and advanced technologies to optimize claims processes and decision-making is essential for this role.
