Job Title: Global Partner Program Specialist

The Partner Program Specialist plays a key role in guiding partners through various stages of program readiness, providing insights and enablement to help them meet requirements and unlock additional program benefits. As a Specialist, you'll deliver best practices, clarify program requirements and benefits, offer step-by-step guidance, troubleshoot as needed, and connect partners with other resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive program onboarding to ensure an exceptional experience for each partner.
  • Engage with partners through verbal and written communication, delivering key information and resources via presentations.
  • Guide partners through program structure, including associated tiers, benefits, and requirements.
  • Support and execute all aspects of the program, from onboarding to program engagement and advancement.
  • Receive and resolve escalations, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Deliver structured onboarding and enablement for new partners.
  • Manage a high volume of partner engagements, maintaining organized records, timely updates, and status reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate program success.
  • Actively drive key milestones and deliverables within the program framework.
  • Listen to and understand partners' business objectives, using program knowledge to provide effective solutions.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the partner experience, document them, and recommend solutions to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer or partner services.
  • 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Partner Programs, Partner Support, Operations, Project Management, Account Management, Sales, Training, or Customer Success.
  • Experience in channel programs.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple engagements with a high level of organization.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to executive audiences.
