Graduate/Junior Business Intelligence Data Analyst, Goldthorpe (South Yorkshire), £25,500 starting salary progressing through to £32k in two years

This global company, with loads of opportunities has an opening on their successful graduate/junior data analyst scheme for a junior data analyst focusing on Power BI solutions.

The key areas you will be working on is the development of Business intelligence solutions using Power BI, SQL and ETL techniques . Luckily for you, you will be joining a company who are continually investing in digital and technology tools and the latest Microsoft application stack and work in an agile methodology. Key Datamodelling activity in SQL and Power BI to design datasets, and provide data visualization and reporting to the business will be some of your core work.

You can have one day per week dedicated to learning, so that you can get a Level 4 Data Analyst accreditation. Every six months, following a successful review, you get incrementally salary increases to £32k in two years.

Another great perk is the whole company finish at 1.30pm on Fridays! To start with, you'd be in the office in Goldthorpe, and once settled - that can loosen to 3 days per week.

The BI and Data team have currently 14 people so there is plenty of people to learn from and work with - and importantly, help you grow your skills. You will have a dedicated manager, working on the same area as you.

You will need to have some experience of SQL (or really good on Excel) and want to create great data visualisations and probably have played around on Power BI or worked commercially on it.
