Graphic Designer, Fully Remote, £350/day (Inside IR35)

A good client of mine, a leading digital agency are currently looking to hire a Graphic Designer for one of their health care clients on an initial 3 month contract.

INSIDE IR35

Responsibilities:

• Brand, graphic design, and storytelling for a website/app for pharmacists.
• Create PowerPoints for communication to pharmacists, sales reps, and internal teams.
• Develop visual elements for two workstreams: Pharmacy Transformation Programme and Commercial Blueprint.
• Work on independent pharmacy sales growth and optimization.
• Design digital products like the Digital Category Advisor and store layouts.

Requirements:

• Experience in brand and graphic design.
• Ability to work remotely in UK/European time zones.

Detailed Requirements:

1. Commercial Blueprint
• Objective: Build a comprehensive blueprint across the commercial tech portfolio.
• Tasks:
• Map digital product experiences against the consumer journey.
• Visualize data at different levels of granularity.
• Present effectively to commercial stakeholders and senior executives.
• Demonstrate how the blueprinting work will transform ways of working and deliver value for end users.
• Requirements:
• Mid-level graphic designer capable of understanding and simplifying complex information.

1. Elevate Programme - Pharmacy Transformation
• Programme objective: Drive greater category growth for independent pharmacists, who represent 65% of the business. The Elevate Programme creates digital tools for category advisors and pharmacists to log in and manage store layouts. Advise on optimizing store layouts for better customer experience and product placement.
• Tasks:
• Develop the branding look and feel for the entire programme.
• Integrate visual brand language into digital products.
• Ensure a caring and professional visual tone of voice.
• Requirements:
• Ability to work on both business and customer-facing aspects.

Role Details

• Work Split: 50/50 between the two projects.
• Language: English-speaking, fully remote.
• Team Composition:
• 11 members total.
• 4 design leads.
• 4 product designers.
• Tooling specialists.
• UX Researcher on rotation to conduct and propose necessary end-user research.
