Location: South Tyneside (covering properties across Northeast postcodes) Salary: £26,000 per year
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the outdoor spaces of various properties across the Northeast. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and weeding.

Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment.

Apply pesticides and herbicides as needed.

Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Respond to client requests and feedback professionally.

Requirements:

Proven experience in grounds maintenance.

PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates (desirable).

Relevant City and Guilds qualification.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
