Job Description

• Oversee all financial and accounting operations within the company.
• Develop financial strategies to achieve the company's growth goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage the Accounting & Finance department and provide mentorship to team members.
• Manage budget planning and cost management in alignment with company's goals.
• Working closely with the management team to make informed business decisions.
• Participate in performance evaluation processes and recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Financial Controller should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
• Exposure in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Exceptional team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software.
