HAIR TRANSPLANT SURGEON

Pay : £120,000 to £150,000 depending on experience

Shift and Schedule : 5 days / week (4 day week option possible)

Monday to Friday

We are seeking a hair transplant surgeon to join our growing team.

This job is only suitable for a Qualified / established hair transplant surgeon who already has necessary credentials to be performing a Transplant within the U.K.

Cardiff city centre + the possibility of working in other clinics as the business expands.

ROLE

This Role would suit an experienced Hair Transplant Surgeon who has all necessary credentials to be performing Surgery within the U.K.

Working as a Hair Transplant Doctor, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the clinical team demonstrating proficiencies in both medical and surgical care. The role will require substantial in-house training, to give the successful candidate every chance of excelling in their role.

The duties will involve:

Carrying out consultations with prospective patients to assess their needs and developing a tailored treatment plan.

Performing all parts of hair transplant surgery, including fully competent at FUE graft extraction up to 3000 grafts in a day, FUT experience would also be advantageous but not necessary for the role.

Supervising and leading a team of hair transplant technician staff.

Perform post operative follow-up with patients

Respond to out of hours patient concerns by call / text.

Maintaining knowledge in hair transplant surgery by become a member of The British Association of Hair Restoration Surgery (BAHRS) and The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). The surgeon will also be expected to attend the annual conferences of both of these societies in order to maintain their knowledge in the industry.

Collaborate with our clinical and front of house team of to provide exceptional patient care and

support with the flow of patient and surgical bookings

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential criteria

Current GMC registration with no Approved Practice Setting (APS) restriction

Evidence of thorough and broad training and experience

Desirable criteria

Surgical experience or background would be advantageous.

Experience and / or an in depth knowledge in the field of hair transplant surgery
