Exciting Opportunity - Contract Support Advisor

Your new role
We are looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our Cambridge Contract Administration Team. The successful candidate will support both operational and office-based teams, handling tasks such as raising new work orders, allocating them, and completing work orders for reactive work.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Effective communication with customers, both internal and external, to capture and distribute service calls.
  • Provide phone and inbox coverage as needed.
  • Raise new work orders and ensure they have correct details; schedule works to engineers or subcontractors.
  • Monitor and allocate engineers' downtime, chase attendance dates, ensure emergency job awareness, and check paperwork.
  • Ensure subcontractors' paperwork is complete, arrange site escorts, and add RAMs to work orders.
  • Ensure delays are requested and monitored, conduct daily reviews of work orders, hire equipment, and flag system issues.
  • Review performance reports, handle escalations, and provide updates to improve scores.
  • Support contract managers and other regions, achieve performance targets, and provide professional service delivery experience.
