HCM Payroll Consultant

One of our clients is looking for Senior HCM Consultant. Initially is is a full time contract for the first couple of months and then part time: 5 days a months: majority of these days at the end of the month due payroll.

100% remote but needs to be EU based.

Contract 1 year and rolling

1. Support of the current project landscape in the areas of HR-OM, HR-PA, HR-PY, HR-TM, HR-PD, HR-PM, HR-ESS/MSS
2. Support of the payroll calculation monthly in Switzerland;
3. Lead, coordinate, active participate in the upgrade projects to new versions and annual support packages;
4. Change management implementation for low and/or medium requests.

Competences:

1. 7+ experience in HR-OM, HR-PA, HR-PY, HR-TM, HR-PD, HR-PM, HR-ESS/MSS based on FIOIRI;
2. Payroll implementation experience is required, while Swiss payroll calculation specifics knowledge will be an advantage;
3. ABAP is an advantage.

This role is 100% remote - you can be based anywhere in the EU
