HCM Project Manager

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced HCM Project Manager.

The ideal candidate would have experience in large and global programs for HCM Projects with a strong focus on TSA/Separation. The candidate would be expected to join the project at the beginning of January 2024, for a 12-month contract, with the high likelihood of extensions.

The role would be offered on a remote basis, but only to candidates who are based in Czech.

Description:

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse groups.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with managing an external workforce, including vendors and contractors.
• In-depth knowledge of TSA exiting terms and practical application in project scenarios.
