Position OverviewThe Head of Brand will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the brand vision for Zeal Group. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to enhance our brand's identity and position in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of the overall brand strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and understand consumer needs and behaviors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and mentor a team of branding and marketing professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire teams and drive alignment.
