Position: Head of Brand

The Head of Brand will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the brand vision for Zeal Group. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to enhance our brand's identity and position in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and execution of the overall brand strategy in alignment with company goals.
  2. Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience.
  3. Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and understand consumer needs and behaviors.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  5. Manage and mentor a team of branding and marketing professionals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management or marketing leadership roles.
  3. Proven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire teams and drive alignment.
