Job Description

Togather started life as Feast It, in 2017, as a booking platform for people to book street food caterers for their birthday parties and weddings. Since then, we have grown to become the UK's biggest events platform as Togather for food, drink, venues, photographers and so much more.

We're here to help people make amazing memories on some of the biggest and best days of their lives. Whether they're planning the whole-company summer party, hosting an epic dinner party, or running an entire festival, we can - and do - help with all of it.

None of this would be possible without our amazing community of partners, who we handpick from across the country.

We've worked with everyone from Amazon, Nike, and London Pride, to Tom Cruise, Star Wars, and Taylor Swift. Within the office, we recently came in the Startups 100 Awards and have been named in the top 15 in Tempo's 50 Best Places To Work. Our team truly love and care about what they do, which makes working here that much easier.

The Role:

Togather is transforming the live events industry by delivering high-quality F&B experiences, connecting event organisers with reliable suppliers through innovative technology and specialist expertise. With a rapidly growing presence in the UK live events market, we've partnered with industry leaders such as IMG Events, Broadwick Live, U-Live, London Marathon Events, LIV Golf, JOY. Concerts, and many more.

As the Head of Business Development, you will play a crucial role in our expansion journey, capitalising on our fast-paced growth to drive even greater success. This is a unique opportunity to join Togather at a pivotal moment, where your contributions will directly influence our trajectory in becoming the leading provider of exceptional F&B services in the live events space.

Your mission will be to position Togather as the top choice for event organisers seeking to enhance their concessions. Key event types include Music Festivals, Sports Events, Winter Light Displays, County Shows, and Car & Air Shows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand Togather's reach within the live events sector, focusing on high-value clients and securing exclusive contracts with promoters and organisers to drive revenue growth.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including event organisers, promoters, and venue managers, ensuring Togather consistently exceeds their expectations and fosters long-term partnerships.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor the partnerships team, fostering a high-performance culture and providing strategic direction to ensure the team's efforts align with business goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, using data-driven insights to refine partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience with a proven track record in the live events industry, demonstrating deep knowledge and industry expertise.
  • Extensive network within the live events sector, including strong connections with key promoters, venue managers, and event organisers.
  • Proven success in securing and managing high-value partnerships, with a history of delivering significant business outcomes.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a consistent track record of closing large-scale deals and securing advantageous terms.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience in guiding, developing, and inspiring teams to achieve high performance.
  • Results-driven mindset with robust sales acumen, capable of meeting ambitious targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions in a dynamic sector.

Our offices are in London and we work with a hybrid model which requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
