We have big plans to expand into new healthcare markets. As a Head of BD & Bids, you'll drive growth, win new business, and make a tangible impact across Accurx's diverse NHS focused markets. Our dynamic team (made up of 18 accuFolk) are incredibly passionate about our company mission of connecting communication across healthcare, and are leading the charge in working with prospective customers across the NHS to put our communications solution in their hands.
Your day to day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission- Inspire & Lead: Coach and develop managers across our Enterprise and SME teams within our Acute Trust, Community Trust, and General Practice markets. As well as empowering teams to excel by removing obstacles and identifying training needs.
- Drive Sales Excellence: Work alongside our Go-to-Market and Product teams to craft winning sales strategies, optimise the sales cycle, and create impactful sales materials. Your insights will shape our approach to acquiring and retaining clients.
- Be the Strategy Architect: Collaborate with General Managers and Commercial Leaders on Go-to-Market strategy. You'll own key revenue targets, pursue new customer segments, and lead cross-functional teams to forge successful, repeatable growth.
- Be Part of Our Senior Leadership Team (SLT): As a member of the SLT, you'll work closely with the Executive team to help shape the direction of our company. From refining performance and people strategies to fostering collaboration across business units, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth and success.

We'd really like to hear from you, if- Vision & Expertise: Proven leadership in business development, with a history of building pipelines, driving acquisition strategies, and closing major deals.
- Proven Commercial Impact: Including direct accountability for ARR revenue targets and experience signing contracts to expand into new markets.
- End-to-End SaaS Sales Experience: Skilled in complex, enterprise SaaS sales cycles and adept at selling to mid-sized and large enterprises, especially at the c-suite level.
- Consistent Results: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding company level sales quotas by securing new customers.
- Consultative Sales Training: Experienced with methodologies like MEDDPICC and in connecting customer problems to complex solutions.
- Bonus: Experience in selling to the public sector or NHS.

£90,000 - £115,000 salary
