We are looking for a Head of Data Centers for France, Belgium & Luxembourg H/F based in Paris.

Job Description

As the Head of Data Centers for France, Belgium & Luxembourg H/F you will be responsible for:

Sales:

• Actively network, build and develop client relationships across data centres ("DC") market,
• Develop opportunities on the DC Market into proposals and sales,
• Liaise with other JLL expertise and departments to build integrated multi-expertise approaches to solve our clients complex problems,
• Lead bid responses on behalf of Project & Development services, confidently deliver client presentations / pitches,
• Manage or supervise contract negotiation process until signature.

Operations:

• Develop the P&DS business in the DC market,
• Develop a team of DC specialists (PM, MEP, etc.) in France and BELUX,
• Manage DC development projects,
• Participating in drawing up the development strategy for the Data Centres market for all P&DS business lines.

Management:

• Be accountable for Project & Development Services P&L profitability and growth,
• Build and monitor objectives for team members,
• Organise team staffing,
• Actively participate to talent acquisition,
• Ensure rise in expertise and knowledge management,
• Innovate in new methodologies and new tools.

Thought leadership:

• Be an inspirational leader that influences internally and externally,
• Represent JLL Project & Development Services community on the Data Center market in EMEA and worldwide.

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:

• You hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or equivalent,
• You have a significant experience (10 years at least) in a similar role on Data Centers projects management and as a team leader,
• You are able to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, from planning and estimating to execution and delivery,
• You have strong technical and management background,
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus,
• You have an international experience and have fluent knowledge of French and English,
• You have excellent organizational skills, are detail-oriented, can work independently and are reliable,
• You possess strong interpersonal skills, have an excellent presentation, with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members.
• You are a team player and have a proven track record as a business and team leader.
