YOUR ROLE
  • Design and implement strategic frameworks (Content, Social Media, etc.) that guide digital brand marketing initiatives. Establish clear guidelines per channel and best practices for content creation and digital assets.
  • Provide creative direction and inspiration to digital brand marketing (DBM) managers. Foster innovation by keeping the team abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital content creation.
  • Collaborate with various creative digital agencies/content creators to support DBM's in developing cutting-edge content that resonates with target audiences. Act as a liaison between the Content Excellence Partners (Creative X, Vidsy, etc.) and Global Brand Teams to integrate best practices and innovative digital solutions.
  • Lead the Global DBMs, who are reporting solid line to the Global Brands/Categories with a dotted line in a matrix structure: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship, ensuring content excellence across all brand touchpoints. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to elevate the skills and knowledge of digital brand marketing managers. Ensure new hires are onboarded and trained. Stay updated with industry developments and ensure the team is continuously learning and evolving. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration between key countries and regional teams to share insights, successes, and learnings.
  • Create standardized processes and workflows for collaborating with regions and agencies ensuring efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Needs to impact campaign quality & performance metrics, production efficiency & ROAS.
