E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and enhance customer experience.
Website Optimization: Optimize the website for conversion rate optimization (CRO), ensuring a seamless user experience that maximizes sales conversions. Implement and refine sales funnels to drive customer journeys from discovery to purchase.
SEO Leadership: Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to increase online visibility, improve search engine rankings, and drive organic traffic to the website.
Email Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and performance tracking, to support e-commerce goals and increase customer retention.
Digital Marketing: Oversee and contribute to other digital marketing initiatives such as social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to support overall e-commerce objectives.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze e-commerce data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve strategy and performance.
Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a preference for candidates with experience in the beauty or nail tech industry.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CRO, sales funnels, and SEO best practices. Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), email marketing tools, and Google Analytics.
Digital Marketing: Solid experience in email marketing, social media marketing, and other digital marketing strategies. Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Availability: Must be available to work part-time (20 hours/week) within the CET timezone. Flexibility in working hours is a plus.
