Leading Social Impact Tech Organisation.
The successful candidate will inherit a strong, structured and award-winning ED&I and Social Impact operational strategy and will have the opportunity to build upon the company's well-established work in this space.
Your new role
The successful candidate will be directing the ED&I, Social Impact and ESG strategy of the company, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. There will also be management of a single direct report (EDI and ESG Analyst).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop ED&I and Social Impact strategies and priorities.
- Lead the company to achieve relevant industry awards and accreditations in the space of ED&I and Social Impact.
- Lead on internal collaboration projects, such as Employee Resource Groups (ERG).
- Be the face of the organisation in all client interactions that involve ED&I and Social Impact.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to coordinate and attend client meetings, deliver client presentations, and represent us as a leading Social Impact partner in the wider industry space.
- Oversee the production and publication of the report, including the annual Industry Launch event and industry outreach campaigns.
- Oversee the company's leading Impact Reporting strategy.
- Identify and onboard new partners in line with evolving objectives.
- Oversee the company's Environmental Sustainability activities led by the ESG Analyst.
- Ensure compliance with existing and incoming ESG requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working in an ED&I specialist role for 3+ years.
- Experience of reporting on ED&I data and ESG data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management, including presenting new strategies and results.
- Proven experience in development of ED&I strategy and policy.
- Ideally be immediately available.

Salary of £50,000-£65,000 depending on skills and experience.
Hybrid working model, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days working remotely.
