Job Description
The Role
Addepar is seeking a hard-working and strategic Head of EMEA Marketing to drive our brand awareness and market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa! This is an outstanding opportunity for a marketing leader to develop and implement a regional marketing strategy that supplies to Addepar's continued growth in the region. You will independently own and drive all aspects of marketing, and play a key role in crafting Addepar's brand image and market presence!
What You'll Do- Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with global and regional business objectives.
- Develop and implement localised marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the EMEA wealth management technology space.
- Develop positive relationships with key partners and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with regional sales, client management, services and partner teams to understand market needs, develop effective marketing programs, and achieve shared goals.
- Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and programs, and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment and possess a bias for action. Test new marketing initiatives, iterating quickly, and adapting based on data and results.
- 10+ years of shown experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth within the financial technology or wealth management industry.
- Experience in setting clear goals and objectives, and holding vendors or partners accountable for delivering results.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA marketing landscape and cultural nuances.
- Ability to translate marketing goals into measurable return on investment and give to the achievement of overall business objectives.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, ad platforms, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
