What you'll be doing:

As Head of Enterprise Data Architecture you'll be responsible for how Brit ingests, manages, and moves data across the organisation through the operational, data lake & analytics landscape. You'll also be responsible for defining and evolving the overall data architecture, working closely with Business, technology & data stakeholders.

This role will play a critical part in supporting Brit to continue its journey to develop its data & AI capabilities on next-generation technology. You'll lead on and ensure the Data Architecture underpins value creation for the organisation, including underwriting data approaches, financial reporting, portfolio management, and operational management. You'll also lead & mentor across the organisation, ensuring all teams follow the architecture principles and recommended practices through fit-for-purpose governance.
