We are now seeking an experienced Head of Experience Management DACH (f/m/d) based in Vienna wanting to make a real impact in the world of digital signage! In this role, you will be the key person in evolving the In-store experiences for global brands and leading retailers, by leading our Consulting teams of currently 12, all based in Vienna!

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire 2 squad teams (consisting of Squad Leaders, Project Coordinators, Developers and UX / UI Specialists) to achieve peak performance as well as foster their personal growth and professional development.
  • Provide strategic guidance and hands-on coaching to them, empowering them to enhance the in-store experience for our esteemed global brand partners and leading retailers.
  • Effectively manage and oversee the consulting departmental budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support our mission and goals.
  • Implementation of the Consulting way of working in every squad.
  • Ensure that our Consulting deliveries have a high standard with high customer satisfaction.
  • Assure squad structures meet global business and customer needs, optimizing competencies and resources for maximum impact.
  • Align with the Swedish Global Head of Consulting and various internal teams to constantly improve the collaboration between Consulting and other departments.
  • Develop customer-centric visions and strategies and advise global customers and partners from various industries in their digital transformation whilst building your own Squad along the line later on.

  • Passion for experiences: We believe that being passionate about improving the omnichannel experience is important, preferably with a retail background. A technical understanding is certainly also helpful!
  • Think like a customer: A customer-centric approach and always wanting to solve the customer's needs from both a customer experience and business perspective.
  • Business mindset: Taking responsibility for the budget and the business, both from a sales/revenue perspective, and also from a cost perspective.
  • Make it simple: Good leadership skills and a structured approach will help the squads do the right things.
  • Dare to Challenge: Always wanting to evolve both our own business and our customers' in-store experiences.
  • Strong communication skills: German and English are a must.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is as per the collective agreement €4,500 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). However, the package will be higher and will be based on your qualifications and experience.
