Tasks
  • Leadership & Development: You lead, support, coach and develop the Global Marketing Technology team (9 FTE + 3 working students)
  • Area of responsibility: You are responsible for global digital products such as the global website, customer portal, case management system, global eCommerce solution, as well as data analysis efforts
  • Customer Experience Transformation: You take on the role as Product Manager in the Customer Experience Program ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, while actively supporting the transformation process to a value-creating network structure
  • Digital Product Management: You prioritize, plan, and oversee the introduction and continuous development of global digital products for marketing and sales activities (including CRM, marketing automation, and eCommerce)
  • Collaboration: You work closely with international marketing and sales as well as cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless end-to-end integration of digital products, enabling a consistent and superior customer experience
  • Continuous improvement and excellence: You ensure the ongoing optimization and effective delivery of targeted training and support for internal stakeholders, guiding them through the implementation and use of the digital products
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and management experience in teams within digital marketing or IT environments
  • Over 5 years of experience managing the lifecycle of digital products, with expertise in agile product development processes and tools
  • Good understanding of user-centered procedures and UX-driven product development process, expertise in UX research methodologies is essential
  • Deep Knowledge of marketing and sales technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, eCommerce) is essential
  • Strong data interpretation skills to drive strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated project management skills in planning, prioritizing, and executing projects under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, sales, marketing, and legal departments.
  • Expertise in change management, including leading transformational initiatives and delivering stakeholder training
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • At least 2 days per week presence in Stuttgart HQ desired
