Job Title: Head of Group Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global and regional marketing strategies to support business success.
• Shape integrated marketing campaign concepts with the marketing crew.
• Steer projects like marketing and sales digitalisation, event concepts, website, social media activities, and more.
• Partner with the content team to drive marketing efforts.
• Work with a diverse and motivated international team.
• Interface between subsidiary organisations and the headquarter.
• Manage global and regional marketing budgets.
• Identify with software and hardware products from a world market leader.
• Shape the external marketing representation within a high-tech environment.

Key Qualifications:

• University degree in marketing, communications, or sales.
• More than 5 years' experience in a senior B2B and/or B2G marketing leadership role.
• Proven leadership skills with budget responsibility.
• Excellent English skills, with additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel globally and communicate with Business Unit Vice Presidents and Regional Managing Directors.
