Your tasks

• Definition of production technology and routings calculation, prototyping
• Coordination of Master data preparation, equipment and production system readiness, sampling, internal change management
• Definition of lean production standards including material flow, ensuring of the best use of manufacturing space and overall footprint through standardized layout and overall footprint synergies, standard time calculation definition, coordination of production launch in plants for new projects and transfers, definition of testing procedure

Your profile

• Studies in the field of economics or engineering
• Proven ability to define a clear vision and roadmap that is challenging but achievable, motivate your team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Business degree with a focus on plastics or equivalent technical focus
• You are passionate about developing state-of-the-art lean and digital process standards for all plants in the LA EMEA region
• Solution-oriented mindset and focus on the implementation of tasks
• Fluent in English, German, and preferably another language
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in an international company
