Your contribution to the team
Your role as Head of Information Integrity will be vital in providing strategic direction on issues and the identification of innovative solutions to freedom of expression challenges under Goal 3 across ARTICLE 19 whilst embracing our values in all that you do. This entails addressing challenges such as the creation, dissemination and consumption of mis-, mal-, and disinformation, hate speech and incitement to violence, discrimination, and hostility online, foreign and domestic influence operations, and propaganda for war, among others. Additionally, it includes advocating for individuals and communities to have access to diverse sources of and rely on accurate and fact-based information to make decisions that affect them, and ensure that the sources and platforms of production, exchange, and consumption of information are diverse, transparent, and reliable. You will not only lead the development and co-ordination of Goal 3 but will also ensure that this links to other goals and organisation priorities.
