Head of Investor Relations

World Fund is a climate VC that raised €300m for our first fund, focusing on decarbonization technologies to create a regenerative world. Our international team includes entrepreneurs, scientists, policy experts, and experienced investors-united by a shared mission to tackle the climate crisis while generating strong financial returns.

Your Role

As the Head of Investor Relations, you will be a key player in shaping our fundraising efforts and managing relationships with LPs. You will work closely with our Partners, Principals, and finance team. You will:

1. Develop and execute fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective LPs, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
3. Collaborate with our finance and comms teams to create compelling investor materials.
4. Organise and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights.

Who You Are

1. You have at least 5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or related roles within venture capital, private equity, or financial services.
2. You have a successful track record of raising capital from institutional investors. A track record of raising capital with family offices and high net worth individuals is a plus.
3. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
4. You excel at cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with investors and stakeholders.
5. You are adept at developing and executing effective fundraising strategies aligned with World Fund's goals.
6. You are deeply committed to supporting technologies that promote decarbonization and a regenerative world.
7. Native-level fluency in English is highly preferred; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
