Location: Remote with occasional travel to the Derby office
Salary: £50,000 + Benefits

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of IT Support to lead and manage our IT support function. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Support team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
. Oversee the administration, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft 365, Intune, EntraID, Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure solutions.
. Develop and implement IT support strategies aligned with organizational goals.
. Manage escalations and provide expert guidance on complex technical issues.
. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve IT systems and processes.
. Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations.
. Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in IT support services.
. Occasionally travel to the Derby office for meetings and on-site support.

Qualifications and Skills
. Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, EntraID, Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
. A proactive and innovative approach to IT service management.
. Familiarity with ITIL practices or similar frameworks is desirable.
