Do you have extensive market research experience, both qualitative and quantitative? Are you skilled at finding solutions through market insight, research, and analysis, specifically in the higher education industry?
If so, the Department of Marketing, Communications & External Affairs has an exciting opportunity to join the team as Head of Market Insight. You will be responsible for providing high-quality market analysis and reporting, through both primary and secondary research. Your work will provide key inputs into the development and delivery of the University's business, marketing, and communications strategies.
You'll identify market-related strategic problems of the University and its departments, such as portfolio development, branding, and market opportunities for student recruitment. Through an understanding of internal clients' objectives and requirements and implementation of appropriate data collection methods, research, and analysis, you'll deliver robust research findings and actionable recommendations.
This role also supports monitoring and reporting of the impact and effectiveness of the department, as well as market analysis in support of the optimisation of existing programmes of study and the development and implementation of new programmes. The aim is to ensure the University's marketing is built on a robust understanding of market opportunities and insight into stakeholder needs and expectations.

You're adept at juggling multiple priorities in a busy and complex environment, ensuring high-quality outputs. Resilient, adaptable, and detail-oriented, you are passionate about using evidence-based insights to shape strategic decisions and drive success.
