Job Description

The Head of Marketing is responsible for organising and leading Marketing operations in the various business units in the Netherlands.

Description

  • Reporting directly to, and partnering with, the NL Managing Directors for both businesses (B2B and B2C)
  • Execute in the Netherlands the global Marketing strategy, to create a Customer Centric, Digital First, Consumer Services driven organisation
  • Manage and build the NL Marketing team
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the Netherlands,
  • Guide brand and innovation strategies; boost brand recognition, digital performance, and define UVP
  • Develop, manage, and optimise the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns that deliver a strong ROI
  • Implement appropriate performance metrics; define KPIs, track performance, adjust strategy based on data insights
  • Oversee digital marketing activities including: SEO/ SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns
  • Develop and implement the NL Web and Digital strategy and Customer Journeys, reaching segments and consumer markets that are currently under-served
  • Work closely with business unit leaders to design appropriate Go To Market strategies, as a mix of direct and indirect channels, both physical and digital, with respect to solution positioning, pricing, trends, and branding
  • Work closely with Product Development and Management teams, to develop proper Value Propositions and go-to-market strategies, encompassing products, services, consumables and related Customer Journeys
  • Partner and build credibility with the NL Leadership team (this is a high- performing team and very open and collaborative, building the right relationships early will be critical)
