Job Description

We're searching for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our client's marketing efforts as they continue their rapid growth and mission to become the womanhood brand, globally. You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to shape and execute their marketing vision, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and building the brand into a household name.

What you'll do

Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a cohesive global marketing + creative strategy aligned with the brand's mission and growth objectives.
  • Lead & mentor the marketing team + external partners, ensuring collaboration and alignment across all channels.
  • Own the global marketing calendar + budget and lead cross-functional initiatives with commercial and operations teams.
Campaign Development + Execution:
  • Drive the end-to-end creation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, video, influencer and experiential marketing.
  • Ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences and achieve measurable goals.
  • Manage multiple projects, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives.
Brand Building:
  • Oversee the evolution of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with the Founder and creative team to produce innovative campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Lead partnerships with agencies, influencers, and retailers to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
Trade Marketing:
  • Develop trade marketing strategy to help explode brand awareness + sales in key retail channels (USA + UK).
  • Work closely with Commercial leads + retail partners to ensure brand story is communicated consistently and aligned with internal marketing strategies.
  • Develop innovative trade marketing concepts that differentiate the brand and help achieve its goals and objectives with each retail partner.
Content & Digital Marketing:
  • Drive content strategy across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and mission which explodes our community reach + engagement.
  • Oversee organic and paid social media, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram, to increase engagement, reach, and community growth.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to optimise performance across key metrics, including customer acquisition and retention.
Community Management:
  • Champion the development of the brand's community, fostering authentic relationships with influencers, creators, and customers.
  • Serve as the key contact for PR and high-profile influencers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maximised ROI.
  • Identify key community opportunities and lead proactive engagement strategies.
Insights & Performance:
  • Lead all aspects of growth and marketing, from user acquisition to increasing lifetime value and customer retention, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives in parallel with growing our retail-first model.
  • Set clear KPIs for all marketing activities and report regularly on performance, insights, and optimisations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver regular presentations to senior management + board, providing clear and concise updates on growth performance, insights, and recommendations.

You'll have

  • Excellent knowledge of the global beauty market, especially Sephora.
  • Proven track record of developing award-winning campaigns and managing high-performing creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, and paid media.
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into compelling creative concepts.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Inspirational leader with the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proof in delivering results on small budgets, with a hustle mentality!

Salary: Up to £80k
Logistics: 2 days per week in the office (Vauxhall)
