- Strategic and hands-on expertise: You have 7+ years in marketing, with proven success in driving growth and product marketing for VC-backed businesses
- (Desirable) You've worked with products that blend traditional industries with modern technology
- Brand builder: You've developed brand identity and messaging for fast-growing companies, building compelling narratives and establishing strong market presence
- (Desirable) You have experience in scaling startups within the wine and spirits industry
- Enterprise and B2B experience: You understand the needs of B2B customers, especially in specialized industries like wine and spirits
- (Desirable) You're passionate about connecting brands to new possibilities through innovative technology
- Data-driven decision maker: You leverage metrics and analytics to inform marketing strategy, track performance, and deliver impactful campaigns
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller: You can translate complex concepts into clear, captivating messaging and have experience working with cross-functional teams
- Design and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies, including multi-channel campaigns, to meet business goals and boost brand awareness
- Create and manage marketing assets (use cases, case studies, testimonials) while maintaining a consistent brand identity aligned with company values across all channels
- Collaborate with external agencies to refine brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging, and manage external agencies for marketing and PR support
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends, including customer segmentation analysis, using insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure alignment with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer support, talent)
- Lead initiatives to establish the company as an industry catalyst and change agent, amplifying the brands that use our platform, creating content and organizing events that help drive success for our users and the overall success of the ecosystem that exists around our platforms
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Drive employer branding efforts to position us as a destination for top technical talent, including content and campaigns that highlight our innovative culture, technology, and growth
