Role: Head of Marketing
Salary: £85k - £105k + 20% KPI performance bonus
Location: London, Hybrid 4 days in the office

To oversee all aspects of marketing activity for a flagship event, including strategy and executive of marketing plan as well and management of the marketing team.

Role
To oversee all aspects of marketing activity for a flagship event, including strategy and executive of marketing plan as well and management of the marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute visitor, delegate and exhibitor marketing campaigns
- As well as producing marketing campaigns ensure they are regularly reviewed and on budget
- Co-ordinate and manage a range of supplier relationships
- Produce effective advertising, marketing and sales collateral for all products - including brochure, adverts, web pages
- Develop relationships with trade associations, media, regulators and industry organisations
- Manage, motivate and develop the marketing team.
Skills required
- 5 years' experience at marketing management level in events and / or B2B media
- Detailed knowledge of event marketing best practice
- Knowledge of B2B exhibition and B2B publishing market
- Understanding of data protection issues
- Experience of developing an online strategy
- Experience of auditing existing procedures and introducing new procedures
- Ability to network and liaise with senior people/trade bodies and associations
- Anticipation of market trends and proactive market involvement
