WienAs the Head of Marketing Operations, you play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives across Northern Europe. You will lead the marketing operations function, implement a regional customer experience strategy, optimize marketing processes, and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will manage and lead a team of 11 people, ensuring collaboration, growth, and success within the team.
What challenges can you expect? Data & Analytics:- Implement and manage marketing analytics tools to track campaign, CX performance and ROI.
- Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns and strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to monitor key marketing metrics.
- Develop and optimize CX processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across touchpoints.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute CX and complaints initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track marketing spend against budget, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Manage the budgeting process and weekly follow up with accounting teams.
Manage and optimize marketing data stack that feed the CRM, email marketing, and automation tools. Ensure the integration of marketing technologies with other systems for seamless data flow and reporting. Lead the implementation of marketing automation strategies to improve lead generation and customer engagement. Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the marketing team. Provide training and support to team members on marketing tools and processes.
Which skills do we expect?- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes, campaign execution, and data analytics.
- Proficiency with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Power Bi, Power Automate, SQL, CRM, email marketing, automation tools).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.

At least 80.000,00 € gross per year for full-time. Just like you, we are not satisfied with minimum standards - we agree on your actual salary depending on your education and experience.
