A Snapshot of Your Day:
In this exciting and challenging role, you will lead a distributed team of approximately 20 engineers located in five different locations across Germany and the US. Your team will be responsible for analyzing and crafting components and engines at both the unit and service fleet levels. This includes addressing technical issues and exploring new technology developments. You will be responsible for resource planning, people development, digital innovation and integration, design quality, on time delivery and product cost. To be successful, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including interface partners in engineering, technology, manufacturing, service, procurement and program management.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering with at least 10+ years of professional experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Several years of management experience in gas turbine engineering, hot gas path component design, and/or R&D project or product management.
- Strong understanding of current gas turbine technologies.
- Critical thinking, business understanding, and focus on team performance and execution excellence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage complex projects. Work well within a team environment.
- Fluent English and German language skills.

Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
