Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) work in partnership with multinational customers, their global employee benefit consultants, and our network partners to establish and manage their global employee benefits plans. From multinational pooling and captive services to innovative global underwriting programs, we offer multinational companies a holistic approach to risk management and financing solutions, maximizing the value of their global employee benefit plans.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts and continuing to develop our global network of insurance partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality employee benefits solutions to our clients. You will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, enhancing partner relationships, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within our network.

What you will do:

  1. Lead and manage the Network Partner Management team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to refine and strengthen our global network of partners.
  3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  4. Identify and onboard new partners to enhance our service offerings and geographic reach.
  5. Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
  6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our network and build new partnerships.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  8. Partner with colleagues in Zurich's Commercial Insurance business to collaborate on strategic joint initiatives.

What you bring:

  1. Proven experience in a leadership role with partner management and business development in the employee benefits or insurance industry.
  2. Understanding of global employee benefits in the international markets.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  4. Excellent written & spoken English; Spanish, French, German, and other languages would be an advantage.
  5. Location based in Zurich or London.
