I'm seeking an experienced professional to step into a Head of Planning position as part of an exciting departmental restructure. These positions are designed to strengthen leadership, drive improvements in admissions, enhance student retention, and boost enrolment numbers.

Hybrid role offering the flexibility to support a healthy work-life balance. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and start ASAP - this is a fixed term contract for 1 year!

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in academic registry or a similar higher education environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and fostering internal growth.
- Strategic mindset to address sector challenges, including improving student retention and tackling declining enrolment trends.
- Ability to manage change and deliver imperactful outcomes.
