Your responsibilities
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the portfolio management team
- Development of portfolio management products and hedging strategies
- Strategic management and oversight of customer energy portfolios, market analysis and reports preparation for customers
- Providing support to sales for customer acquisition and relationship management
- Building and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships through expert presentations and customer meetings
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (BaFin)
Your profile
- Education in business, natural sciences, physics, mathematics, or similar fields
- Several years of professional experience with deep market knowledge and a passion for energy markets
- Initial leadership experience in relevant areas desirable
- Practical experience ideally in energy trading, portfolio management, sales trading, origination, risk management or market analysis
- Strong commercial understanding, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and tech affinity
- Fluency in German and English
