Your mission

As a member of our Product Team, you play a pivotal role in a visionary and dynamic group committed to revolutionizing the global energy sector. Building upon our Heartbeat AI Platform, our mission is to identify ️ opportunities for our customers and build future proof, sustainable and valuable products for our customers.

Your Position:

  • Define Product Vision and Strategy:Shape our global, customer-centric product vision for our core B2C product suite around "Heartbeat AI", including our own HEMS, energy tariffs & flexibility services.

  • Manage our Product Portfolio:Manage and optimize the performance of our core product portfolio, driving innovation, scalability, and profitability across all markets. Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, align with other departments and ensure successful delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead Product Teams:Steer and mentor global Product Managers of individual products, fostering collaboration and alignment with the company's overall goals and ensuring consistency across international branches.

  • Market Analysis and Expertise:Evaluate opportunities across international energy markets, staying ahead of regulatory landscapes, market dynamics, and technological advancements to refine and adapt product strategies.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Act as a central point for aligning internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication between technical teams, commercial units, and external partners.

  • Support Product Operations:Define KPIs to measure success, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth within the portfolio.

  • Drive Commercial Success:Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support the launch and market positioning of products, ensuring they deliver meaningful value to customers and partners.

  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and customers, to drive product adoption and market success.


Your profile

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience in product management, preferably within the energy or technology sectors, with a proven track record in delivering innovative energy solutions such as HEMS, dynamic tariffs, flexibility services and/or complementary services.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing global product portfolios, aligning strategies with regulatory requirements, market needs, and customer expectations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading product teams for several years.

Strategic Leadership:

  • Strong strategic thinking skills, capable of defining long-term product visions while overseeing the tactical implementation of initiatives to drive performance and profitability.

Market Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of energy markets, including flexibility services, dynamic electricity tariffs, and distributed energy resources such as solar, energy storage, electric vehicles, charging solutions & HVAC, with experience in navigating international regulatory landscapes and market trends.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies with diverse cultural backgrounds.

  • Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships to foster collaboration and ensure successful product adoption.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate KPIs, assess product performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Adaptability:

  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving innovation.

Languages:

  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
