Prime Video is looking for a Principal Programme Manager on a fixed term contract to lead strategic workstreams for Prime Video Advertising (PVa) in the EU. This role will help drive key business metrics to ensure the sustained growth of the advertising business in Prime Video. This role sits within the Prime Video Advertising Europe team and will work closely with team members who are building the strategy and execution for sales enablement, events, and product marketing across the region, as well as the business leads for Northern Europe and Southern Europe. This role will also work closely with:

  1. the Advertising organization (advertising go to market, product and finance teams) to drive monetisation workstreams;
  2. Prime Video service leaders to optimize the value of its supply;
  3. Ad Product, Tech and CX teams to define business requirements on new products and bring new formats and innovations to market.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Identify, oversee and drive workstreams to expand and optimise monetisable supply from Prime Video (examples include content coverage, ads policy updates, legal requirements, supply addressability), including leading programme reviews with senior leadership.
  2. Lead structuring and execution of regional XBRs including MBRs, QBRs and weekly email updates. Drive inputs on behalf of Prime Video Advertising in Prime Video EU/International reporting mechanisms.
  3. Support Go-To-Market planning for future PVa launches in the EU region across marketing, sales, product, legal, including opportunity sizing, driving insights into local regulatory requirements, local benchmarking, and folding new locales into existing team structures and processes.
  4. Structure and lead inputs to global product and tech teams connected to regional-specific requirements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  2. Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership.
  3. Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery.
  4. Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
