Head of Property Claims

AmTrust is a global insurance provider offering risk-management solutions and business underwriting. Today AmTrust International underwrites over $2.5bn of gross written premiums and employs more than 1500 people in 14 countries.

AmTrust International are seeking a Head of Property Claims, to join our team based across both our London and Nottingham office.

This Senior claims leadership role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Property Claims function, including in-house direct claims as well as those handled externally.

Working closely with other departments across the business to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement, this role's main focus will be on developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient handling of property claims, including but not limited to maintaining a high level of customer service, technical best practice, compliance, and expense control.

Successful candidates will have extensive technical expertise across both commercial and residential Property claims, proven team management experience including leading through change and in a continuous improvement environment, and be able to demonstrate executive level leadership and communication skills.
