• IT strategy, prioritization and implementation: Contributing to the definition of the global IT strategy with aspects of the regional business strategies and promoting its implementation in all international units. Execution of change management within the organization and among international managers around global solutions taking into account local requirements with the aim of achieving the optimum for the Vaillant Group.
• IT Operations: Ensuring IT operations and IT business continuity in the international units/countries.
• Project Portfolio Management: Active management of the agreed projects in the individual countries with the involvement of stakeholders in the global organization.
• Cost & Quality Controlling: Supporting regional IT managers and management in the preparation of the annual IT budget and forecasts. Reducing IT costs and risks by reducing local IT applications and IT services using global services.
• IT Processes & Tools: Ensuring compliance with global IT and cyber security policies in the international units/countries. Identify, manage and mitigate IT risks (operational, security, financial). Ensure that Group processes are known and established in the countries.
• Leadership: Leading a team of international IT managers and IT experts in the different locations of the Vaillant Group in Europe.

What makes us successful together

• Qualifications: Successfully completed university degree (Master), e.g. in computer science, economics, engineering or natural sciences.
• Know-how: You have several years of professional experience in global IT management.
• Skills: You have excellent negotiating skills and the ability to clarify different, contradictory points of view. You have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including good presentations at senior management level.
• Personality: A high degree of team spirit, strong coordination skills and effective prioritization as well as decisiveness and implementation skills make you unique. In addition, you are open to change and have a high affinity for software / IT topics on an international level.
