Job Description:
- Responsible for our Energy customers in the D/A/CH region generating maximum sales and revenue. Grow the business with existing key accounts and onboard selected new logos while building a solid pipeline for growth through utilizing the strong Engineering and Digital portfolio of Cyient.
- Take clear leadership together with our strong Engineering team in Germany to maximize our potential.
- Work closely with the Europe Sales Head and our global BU Heads to drive the continuity and profitability of new revenues.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for accounts and grow new logos to sizeable revenues.
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers, build new connects, and maintain a strong pipeline for growth through new offerings and solutions.
- Build in-roads in existing accounts to cross-sell offerings/solutions and expand revenues.
- Onboard new logos and expand the customer portfolio.
- Forge relationships with selected potential new customers and gather relevant vertical and market knowledge.
- Develop & execute campaigns to generate leads, identify and refine opportunities.
- Drive leads to closure and contract signing.
- Own actual negotiation and coordinate inputs/participation from different Cyient stakeholders (Presales/Bid management, Industry Heads - Offerings, Solution Architects, Client Success Partner).
- Develop negotiation strategy & negotiate contract/agreement; draft SoW for contract in collaboration with Cluster/BU Head; participate in win/loss reviews.
- Collate & communicate learnings from pitches, proposals, customer feedback to Sales teams.
- Oversee account handover to Delivery for project execution and expansion on existing business.
- Identify customer needs and facilitate account setup to commence delivery operations along with the Client Success Partner.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in German (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English is also required.
