Job Description

At Kulipa, our mission is to grow financial inclusivity and efficiency. Concretely, we issue stablecoin-powered debit cards, so that card payments work the way they should:

  • Merchants receive payment instantly - rather than multiple days later.
  • End users can pay with currencies or their choice, held in their own custody.

This is a big deal in developing markets such as LatAm where users want to shield themselves from local currency inflation, but are restricted by their local banking systems.

Tasks

What You'll Do

  • Sales: From identifying prospects, managing large lead negotiations to closing deals.
  • Customer Success: This position isn't just about sales - you'll be the one handling the actual follow up and launch of the card programs, from closing to go-live with card programs.
  • Growth: Attend events around the world, develop business, drive partnerships, be loud on socials - become the face of Kulipa
  • Strategy: Lead and improve GTM, positioning, processes, build playbooks, identify new verticals for synergies There's a lot to be done!
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Payments: 7+ years of experience in the payments industry with a strong understanding of card issuing processes.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and closing complex B2B deals with enterprise clients.
  • Customer Success: Ability to guide customers through implementation and post-sale operations.
  • Location: Paris-based, with flexibility for international travel.
  • Pressure-Proof: Thrives in high-stakes environments, balancing multiple priorities without compromising quality.
  • Crypto Knowledge (bonus): Familiarity with blockchain payments, wallets, and the unique needs of crypto users is a significant plus.
