JOB CONTEXT In our Aigle office based in Dusseldorf, we are looking for our next Head of Sales Germany. You will be part of Thomas Fabre's team, our VP Sales EMEAA, and will put your expertise to work for a sustainable and responsible brand. Your role will be to submit a commercial 3-year plan (MTP) for your area and to be in charge of implementing this plan, ensuring it is duly executed.
Aigle has strong ambition in the country of 90 million inhabitants. The Head of Sales is a strategic position to lead the business in this market to spread Aigle Living in Aigle lifestyle to a maximum of people. Together with his/her team, the Head of Sales Germany aims to develop the AIGLE global strategy in the country, contributing to building a stronger performance and AIGLE culture in this market.

Sales Supervision:
Identifying business opportunities thanks to market knowledge (customers and competitors)
Managing day-to-day operations and assuring a smoothly functioning, efficient organization
In charge of local P&L and of monthly forecasting
Building annual budgets and submitting them in order to ensure short-term and long-term goals
Applying the global strategic EMEA plan on his/her local market
Negotiating and optimizing trade agreements
Controlling the quality of the distribution network in terms of brand image, products, operation procedures and customer service
Marketing & Branding:
Act as the main Brand ambassador in the country, protecting brand image and equity
Defining and implementing the marketing strategy on the field according to the guidelines provided by the Corporate Marketing and Communications teams
Team Management: As a team leader, you hire and lead a team (5 employees)
You are in charge of:
Assuring a work environment that recruits, retains, develops and supports quality staff and managing succession planning
Making sure that appropriate salary structures are developed and maintained within the region
Working closely with the HR department to identify training needs
Setting up and monitoring qualitative and quantitative KPIs to report their activity
Identifying and setting up an efficient organization
Liaison with HQ: The Head of Sales acts as the link between the local team and the central team in order to optimize their business in their area and to make sure HQ will have a clear picture of short and mid-term business, strategy, needs.
Office management:
He / She is in charge of:
Animating the direct and indirect reports of the area
Ensuring security and respect of the local regulations
Managing general office fees in line with the budget and identifying costs optimization
