As our Head of Sales UK, you'll play a pivotal role in driving Grantify's growth. You will lead, inspire, and optimise our UK sales function, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Your mission

As Head of Sales UK, your mission is to:

  • Achieve Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the UK market.
  • Drive Team Performance: Foster a high-performance culture by empowering Regional Heads of Growth (RHOGs) and Account Managers to achieve their individual and team KPIs.
  • Execute a Scalable Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that streamline customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide Inspirational Leadership: Coach and develop your team, ensuring they have the tools and skills to succeed.
  • Leverage Data for Insights: Use CRM tools and analytics to monitor and enhance sales performance while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with campaigns and deliver seamless client onboarding.
  • Deliver Customer Excellence: Ensure a consultative, professional, and value-driven sales approach that enhances customer satisfaction.

  • A track record of coaching and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
