Job Description

HEAD OF STRATEGY

  • Salary up to £68,000 (DOE)
  • London Office
  • 2 days a week on-site requirement
  • As the Head of Destination, you will be leading the delivery of the visitor experience strategy.

The Head of Strategy Role:

  • Working with the marketing teams to improve decision making through a variety of channels.
  • Managing programmes for visitor experience strategies.
  • Building solid relationships to a senior stakeholder level.
  • Working with the major events teams to attract larger and headline events.
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to the visitor experience team.

Head of Strategy - Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a destination management environment.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management.
  • Ability to create and maintain high value partnerships.
  • Leadership and people management.
  • Ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture.
