• You own and steer projects to support implementation of global strategy in collaboration with the Market Strategy team, Regional Segment Heads and Central Functions
• You guide analysis and the development of scenarios to assess future business development
• You generate insights from market intelligence to support Market Strategy and Global Key Account teams to further strengthen strategy execution
• You lead M&A activities and identification of partnership opportunities to accelerate inorganic growth
• You develop guidance and ensure excellence for change activities in the Strategy function
• You lead a team of 3 high-performing direct reports
