Head of Supply Chain

We are currently partnering with one of the fastest growing start-up businesses, who are on a mission to eliminate single-use plastics from bathrooms worldwide. Backed by leading investment funds, they are expanding globally, creating a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to play a pivotal role in their exciting journey!

As a Head of Supply Chain & Operations, you would be joining the leadership team and making a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven company. You'll have the chance to shape and scale their global supply chain, optimise operations, and champion sustainability, all while working with a talented, passionate team.

About the role:

• Drive Supply Chain Excellence across the business and build a scalable, efficient supply chain for UK and international markets, optimising costs and sustainability.
• Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations; including procurement, supply chain planning, logistics, and inventory, as well as customer fulfilment to retail and D2C channels.
• Lead with innovation and accountability, fostering a high-performing supply chain team.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches and operational alignment.
• Embed eco-conscious practices into every aspect of the supply chain.

About you:

• 7+ years of experience working within supply chain and operations, including 3 years in senior leadership roles, ideally in FMCG or high-growth environments.
• Expertise in supply chain optimisation and working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and strategic abilities.
• Passion for sustainability.
• Adaptability in high-growth settings.
• Passion for people management with excellent leadership skills.
