As a strategic leader in Supply Chain, are you ready to take on a new global challenge within the HARTMANN GROUP? We are seeking a new "Head of Supply Chain Management (f/m/d)" for one of our regions to provide strategic direction and leadership to local SCM teams. In this role, you will ensure the development of a resilient and future-proof supply chain structure that meets the current and future demands of the expanding healthcare business.
Your Tasks:
- Act as a strong business partner and key stakeholder , representing the Supply Chain function and driving both priorities and initiatives to ensure development of the Supply Chain space.
- Set performance targets for supply chain operations and drive operating units to achieve these targets.
- Ensure the distribution network is optimized to support the supply strategies whilst balancing cost/inventory/service and security.
- Ensure exceptional stakeholder management at all levels and communicate effectively to enhance the credibility of the supply chain function across the organization and gain high visibility.
- Create, develop, and support the process of continuous improvement with the aim to reduce cost, improve quality and increase efficiency and to optimize supply chain performance.
- Coach and develop the direct reporting team to ensure they have the appropriate skills and knowledge to drive the business forward and empowers site heads.
- Establish and support strong and effective relationships in a high-performance culture which creates transparency, innovation, efficiency, and team working.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: A relevant academic degree in business administration with focus on Supply Chain or equivalent professional qualification.
- Extensive Operational Responsibility : Proven experience in managing both commercial and operational aspects within an End-to-End Supply Chain environment in a matrix organizational structure.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (also remotely), with a strong track record in team leadership or supervisory roles
- Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Intercultural Experience: Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Fluent in English: Proficient in English, with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Mobility and Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to hybrid working models.
