Your tasks

• Support RFQ and Serial phase with optimal supply chain planning
• Owner for Cluster Sales and Operations Planning including customer service
• Coordination and optimization of plant SCM
• Manage purchasing process in alignment with the SVP Global Procurement to leverage purchasing power and partnership with suppliers with the goal to optimize supplier's panel, cost, and material efficiency
• Driver for production subcontracting
• Collaborate with EMEA LAPP logistics team

Your profile

• Studies in the field of economics, engineering, or SCM
• Proven ability to define a clear vision and roadmap that is challenging but achievable, motivate your team, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams; Business degree with a focus on electronics or equivalent technical focus
• You are passionate about developing state-of-the-art lean and digital process standards for all plants in the LA EMEA region
• Solution-oriented mindset and focus on the implementation of tasks
• Broad and comprehensive knowledge of purchasing and supply chain, in-depth SAP knowledge, and knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma
• Fluent in English, German, and preferably another language
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position in an international company
